The certificate is always issued by RERA. We prepare and check your file and follow it through. We do not issue the certificate, and we cannot guarantee an approval or a timing.

The app assumes you are you. It is built for a person registering their own tenancy, logged in as themselves, with their own identity front and centre.

The moment you are acting for another person, small frictions appear. Whose login is this. Whose device. Am I supposed to be inside someone else's account at all. What if I get a detail wrong in a record that is not mine, and I am the one who typed it. And there is a genuine principle underneath the discomfort. You should not casually be operating inside another person's official identity, even with their blessing, even with the best intentions. That instinct is correct, and it is worth listening to rather than overriding for the sake of getting a task done.

The right way to file for another person

Representative filing is a normal, recognised thing. People act for their families and their staff all the time. It just has to be done properly, rather than by quietly borrowing a login and hoping.

Where the situation calls for it, that means the right authority in place. A power of attorney where one is needed. A managing agent's RERA card where an agent is acting. The correct proof that you are entitled to act, rather than simply standing in for someone because it was convenient.
